Dress Code

Most dress and hair styles that are neat, clean, appropriate and not distracting are permissible.  Students are encouraged to exercise good judgement in their selection of attire for the school day.  All dress should be modest and in good taste and appropriate to a school setting.  The administration reserves the right to amend or alter the dress code.

Girls:

   Blouses and Shirts - Blouses and shirts must be modest and in good taste and have a sleeve.  No bare midriffs allowed.

   Slacks - Slacks must fit appropriately.

   Shorts, Skirts and Dresses - Cannot be shorter than mid-thigh.

Boys:

   Shirts - Shirts must be modest, in good taste and have a sleeve.

   Pants - Pants must fit appropriately.

   Each male student is expected to be clean shaven every day.  Sideburns cannot be longer than the bottom of the earlobe.

All Students

Pants - Material not allowed: spandex, flannel, athletic pants and shorts, bib overalls, and blue jeans (except on announced days).

Sweatshirts - Sweatshirts may be worn; however, sweatshirts advertising alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or profanity will not be allowed.  Hooded sweatshirts are allowed.  College and pro athletic shirts may be worn.

T-shirts - T-shirts of a solid color can be worn under other shirts.  A Roncalli t-shirt can be worn alone.

Shoes - Footwear should fit securely to the feet.

Hats - Hats, bandanas, kerchiefs, etc. may not be worn in school.

Other - No visible body piercing except for earrings are allowed.  No visible tattoos allowed.
