Roncalli's Campus Minister, Taylor Geiger Tells of his Journey of Faith
Taylor Geiger began working at Roncalli High School as the campus minister in August of 2015. In an interview with the Green Bay Diocese newsletter, "The Compass", Taylor said "I could not be happier with my calling to serve the students at Roncalli. Being a Catholic high school we get to pray, a lot. I get to journey with the students during these critical years of their social, home and spiritual lives. As I have journeyed with them, I have tried to help them grow in their faith by helping them to first encounter God and develop a relationship with him, then help them figure out their identity in him, and then help to send them on mission to serve him. We do this through daily prayer, weekly liturgies, bi-weekly reconciliation and eucharistic adoration, and through personal mentorship."  For the full interview, CLICK HERE.

Two Roncalli Graduates Dedicated to their Careers in Medicine
In articles published by the Manitowoc Holy Family Memorial Hospital newsletter, the "HFM Health Savvy", two Roncalli graduates are highlighted in connection to their careers in medicine.
Sarah (Holzinger) Reveal, a 2000 graduate, speaks of her strong connection to her great-grandmother who enrolled in the Holy Family School of Nursing in 1909 and remained active until her death at the age of 94.  Sarah, upon graduating from Bellin School of Nursing, followed her father Tony's footsteps in military service and enlisted in the Air Force as an emergency services nurse.  After completing her term of service, Sarah began her new career as an advanced nurse practitioner.
Taylor Pritzl, a 2013 graduate, is a pre-med student studying biochemistry at UW-Madison. For Taylor, this past summer meant the chance to give back to his community while gaining invaluable experience and a window into his future.  He volunteered in the HFM Emergency Department and learned how fast-paced and unpredictable the ed can be, and how valuable it is to provide patients with quality care and a positive experience.

Roncalli's Student Produced Magazine, "The Pilot", Interviews Newest Teacher and Assistant Football Coach, Ben Ruechel
In an article written by sophomore Clara Dramm, she tells of "life before Roncalli" for new Social Studies teacher Ben Ruechel.
"Before our teachers began their careers here at Roncalli, they were known for talents other than teaching. Mr. Berkhout was a city assessor, Mr. Jahnke was a basketball/football player at Carroll University, and Mrs. Piaskowski was a stay at home mom. Before becoming the new Government, World History, and Psychology teacher, as well as the assistant football coach and JV coach, Mr. Ben Ruechel was a linebacker for the Wisconsin Badgers (number 57). Wearing a Badger jersey came with responsibility, but in the end it was an experience he loved and will never forget."
